An international logistics solutions company requires the services of a Business Representative in the agricultural and food industry in the Eastern Cape.
Job Summary: To support and control a portfolio of clients allocated through close supervision, implement action plans and objectives ensuring that revenue, volume, and customer service objectives are achieved and to maintain a monthly debtors percentage as prescribed of three months sales for the portfolio of clients throughout the year. The signing up of new clients as indicated and guided by direct line manager.
Business Representative, Agriculture - Duties:
• Query resolution
• Revenue Management under supervision
• New business Development
• Customer Relations
Requirements: Matric; a tertiary qualification will be an advantage. 2-3 years experience in Customer Service and/or Sales Development.
Skills and knowledge: Analysis and interpretation of client data from organisation legacy and other systems, sales negotiation, sales presentations. Language: Afrikaans desirable, English. Competency success: Interpersonal savvy, learning on the fly. Must have business acumen, customer focus, integrity & trust.
