Human Resources Manager
A services-orientated company, based in Tzaneen, requires a Human Resources (HR) Manager.
The focus is on the administrative side of Human Resources - the person must be an HR Generalist. With a strong focus on development and implementation of recruitment processes, drafting of employment contracts, development and implementation of performance review systems, development and implementation of policies and procedures (compliance), development of job descriptions and KPIs; employment equity planning and submissions, grievance process and handling, prepare initiators for hearings, ensure proper record keeping of all proceedings.
Qualification in Human Resources (preferably degree or diploma), at least 4 years Human Resources experience, very good communicator in both English and Afrikaans, strong personality, good human relations, MS Office, and good knowledge of labour law and EE requirements.
