They buy lentils, peas, beans and chickpeas from farmers around our 40+ facilities located in the best pulse growing regions in Canada, the United States, Turkey, Australia, China and South Africa and ship their products to over 120 countries around the globe. Their processing and packing facility in Krugersdorp requires the services of a Food Technologist or Microbiologist.
They are looking for a Food Technologist/Microbiologist with QC and Food Safety experience, be responsible for QC and Food Safety, and also be ready to explore product development & innovation work at AGT. Updating and development of specifications.
ND Food Technology/Microbiology and 2-5 years’ experience in QC in the food industry. Must have good interpersonal skills to deal with customers, such as retailers, and handle inquiries on quality and specifications in a responsible way. Salary up to R20 000 per month.
