Description

Responsible for: price management, stock control (magogos), sales & principal admin, trade returns and telesales management. Reporting to the Principals Manager.

Duties

  • Co-ordinate and co-operate in interdepartmental activities
  • Enhance the company image through behaviour
  • Safety and security of the workplace
  • Manage, control attendance and evaluation of staff reporting to you (standard forms and procedure)
  • Expected to be available for working weekends (rotational cycle) and by phone after hours for urgent queries and assistance
  • Pricing management - manage and update cost price, deals in the system
  • Claims management (claim back, rebates, returns and claims, factory faults, reports)
  • Assist with General marketing and sales functions
  • Principal reports & Financial reporting monthly
  • Assist with primary delivery of stock to depots
  • Stock control Magogos (ordering model stock and SOP, receiving, daily variance, moving)
  • Manage write off’s / losses / expired and short dated stock
  • Contract management
  • Inter-company transfers

Requirements

  • Matric
  • Experience in previous admin position is beneficial
  • Discretion, high level of integrity, business ethics and honesty, confidentiality of work,
  • Responsible and accountable
  • Take initiative
  • Good communication skills also between departments
  • Accuracy, attention to detail
