Candidate Requirements

  • A tertiary qualification in horticulture, plant & crop science, or a related field.

Critical Skills & Experience:

  • Strong plant science knowledge and category expertise
  • Proven growing experience with measurable achievements
  • Organisational and leadership capabilities, including:
    • Managing farming projects
    • Budgeting and Profit & Loss (P&L) management
    • Staff supervision and Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) compliance

Preferred Expertise

Candidates with knowledge in citrus or soft/deciduous fruit production will be highly regarded, particularly those familiar with:
