Candidate Requirements
- A tertiary qualification in horticulture, plant & crop science, or a related field.

- Proven growing experience with measurable achievements
- Organisational and leadership capabilities, including:
- Managing farming projects
- Budgeting and Profit & Loss (P&L) management
- Staff supervision and Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) compliance
