Outline of the duties: (Training and guidance will be provided)
Key Responsibilities:
- Basic administrative tasks
- Booking and scheduling of trucks
- Preparing specifications for incoming loads
- Following up and tracking of shipments
- Handling costings
- Capturing landside invoices
- Coordinating truck offloading
- Overseeing intake procedures
- Supporting the production line
- Conducting intake quality checks on products.
